Background & experience
My career has spanned a broad range of sectors and business types, giving me a depth of experience that I bring to every engagement. I've worked in and alongside finance functions at every stage of the business lifecycle — from early-stage companies navigating their first growth phase, to established enterprises managing large-scale transformation programmes.
Over the course of my career I've held senior finance roles and worked as an independent consultant, advising leadership teams on strategy, financial planning, business partnering, and finance system design. That combination of in-house and advisory experience means I understand both the operational realities of running a finance function and the strategic perspective that leadership teams need.
I've worked with SMEs, large corporates, and scale-ups across a variety of industries and regions. I'm comfortable operating at board level as well as rolling up my sleeves to get things done.

Associate Chartered Accountant, qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) — one of the most respected finance qualifications in the world.
